Application research and development prospects of 35g green all-wood pulp paper in modern agriculture

Material characteristics and advantages
35g green all-wood pulp paper is made of 100% virgin wood pulp. Its unique physical and chemical properties give it significant advantages in the field of fruit and vegetable bagging. From the perspective of physical properties, the quantitative design of 35g/m2 has been scientifically verified to ensure sufficient mechanical strength to resist wind and rain, and will not affect plant growth due to excessive weight. The air permeability of the material is controlled within the range of 15-25s/100ml. This moderate air permeability can effectively adjust the microenvironment in the bag to avoid the breeding of diseases due to excessive humidity.

The special green coloring process enables the material to filter light of specific wavelengths. This green tone can block about 30% of ultraviolet rays and reduce sunburn damage, while allowing more than 70% of photosynthetically active radiation to pass through to ensure normal development of fruits. The surface of the material is lightly sizing to give it moderate waterproof properties, which can maintain a protective effect for 2-3 hours under normal rainfall conditions.

Environmental protection is the core advantage of 35g green all-wood pulp paper. Accelerated degradation experiments have confirmed that the material can be completely degraded in 6-8 months under natural conditions, and the degradation products have no adverse effects on soil microbial communities. Compared with polyethylene plastic bags, its carbon footprint is reduced by about 65%, truly achieving environmental protection throughout the entire life cycle from production to disposal.

Mechanism of action study
The protective effect of 35g green all-wood pulp paper comes from the synergistic effect of multiple action mechanisms. Physical barrier is the main protection method, and the dense fiber network structure of the material can effectively prevent adult oviposition and larval invasion. Experimental data show that its barrier efficiency against pear borer is more than 92%, and its barrier efficiency against peach borer is 88%-90%.

In terms of disease prevention and control, the material plays an important role by regulating the microenvironment. Field monitoring shows that the relative humidity in the bag is 15%-20% lower than the outside world, and the temperature fluctuation range is reduced by 30%. This stable environment can inhibit the reproduction of pathogens such as anthracnose and gray mold. The natural antibacterial ingredients added to the green colorant can further reduce the incidence of diseases by about 40%.

The material also has a certain optical regulation function. Green light of a specific wavelength can interfere with the visual guidance of some pests and reduce their tropism. Studies have shown that this optical effect can increase the pest avoidance rate to 35%-45% without affecting the normal activities of pollinating insects.

Environmental Benefit Analysis
Compared with traditional plastic bags, 35 grams of green all-wood pulp paper has significant environmental advantages. Based on the use of 3,000 bags per acre of orchard, the use of environmentally friendly paper bags can reduce about 15 kilograms of non-degradable plastic waste each year. From the perspective of the full life cycle assessment, its carbon emissions are only 1/3 of those of plastic bags, and energy consumption is reduced by more than 40%.

The production process of the material adopts a clean process, the wastewater discharge meets the first-level standard, and does not contain any toxic and harmful additives. The waste after use can be returned to the field as organic matter to achieve resource recycling. It is estimated that large-scale promotion and use can reduce agricultural plastic pollution by tens of thousands of tons each year.
